QUALIFICATIONS:
Maximum age 30 years old.
Minimum education D3 majoring in Economics and/or Accounting is preferred.
Minimum 2 years experience in the same position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Technical skills: understand the flow and function of work in the Holding Company, understand the field of cash and logistics recording.
Soft skills: have good communication skills.
Core skills: multi-talented, multi-tasking, hard-working, problem solving.
JOB DESCRIPTION (But Not Limited To):
Prepare various administrative needs related to the Finance Accounting and Operational Department.
Correspond to various institutions according to the needs of the leadership.
Make routine reports regarding the FA Department, Operations and logistics processes.
Coordinate related to operational processes with all departments and or internal companies if necessary.
Ensure the logistics process runs according to SOP.
